What we have so far.
(in no particular order)

01. Run with the bulls in Spain

02. Skydive

03. Climb a mountain. Any mountain!

04. Fly-fish within the Rockies

05. Visit the Pyramids of Giza

06. Scuba Dive at the Great Barrier Reef

07. Learn to play an instrument

08. Swim with Sharks or Dolphins

09. Sing the National Anthem at a sporting event/ sing in public- Karaoke counts

10. Ride a Motorcycle

11. Write a novel or a screenplay, or a letter…go oldschool!

12. Snowboard in the Alps

13. Swim across a lake

14. Unplug your television for a week

15. Learn another language

16. Kiss a complete stranger

17. Run a marathon

18. Help someone in another country

19. Learn how to Tango

20. Bungee jump

21. Ride a dog sled

22. Create a piece of Art

23. Volunteer for a humanitarian organization

24. Audition for a role in a play at the community theatre

25. Stand up to a bully (even if you are not the one being bullied)

26. Watch the sunrise

27. Ride a camel through the desert

28. Grow and harvest your own vegetables

29. Learn about a car engine and how it works.

30. Develop a new flavour of ice cream & give it a strange name…like ‘Broccoli Sunrise’

31. Take a zip-line through a rain forest, or just simply go to a rain forest.

32. Build your own igloo and live in it for one day, or one week.

33. Go out of your way to reconcile with someone you don’t get along with.

34. Travel to Mozambique, and learn everything you can about the people and country

35. Go out to a restaurant that you usually could never afford.

36. Try sushi, or a food you never thought you would ingest.

37. Sleep outside in the open air

38. Go sailing

39. Save a life (there are many different ways and forms of doing this)

40. Fast for a week

41. Read War And Peace (do your best to push through it)

42. Coach a little league team

43. Go to Fenway Park for a baseball game (trust me I’m a Blue Jay’s fan; incredible atmosphere!)

44. Viva Las Vegas (at the very minimum go once)

45. Find and cherish your true love, or the one who deals well with your B.S.

46. When getting coffee, pay for the person behind you without them knowing, then leave.

47. Play dumb in order to make someone who needs it ‘feel smart, or useful’

48. If you always wanted to do something do it, no matter what age you are (ie. gymnastics)

49. Go to Tuscany, live, eat, and drink in the ambience.

50. Learn to sew (MD’s are great with a needle and thread)

51. Plan a day to truly relax - no chores, no phones, no thinking, no stress. Just peace and time to think and reflect.

52. Run around in the rain - without an umbrella.

Help us fill our list. If you have something to suggest then add it to our list. It doesn’t have to be death defying or extreme. It can be a simple satisfaction like eating ice cream covered with maple syrup and gummie bears.

  • Have dinner on a the beach in Bali.
    Give up a few hours one Thanksgiving or Christmas day to volunteer at a soup kitchen or shelter.

  • Go to Disneyworld and let yourself go. Act like a child, ride all the kiddie rides, eat as much ice cream as you want.

    Plan a day to truly relax - no chores, no phones, no thinking, no stress. Just peace and time to think and reflect.

    Run around in the rain - without an umbrella.

  • Go sailing on a sailboat not a powerboat - on the ocean -running with the wind at night is almost a religious experience.
